Orders and pricing
Wholesale pricing is provided by quote based on compound, dose, and order volume. Quoted prices are valid for the period stated in the quote and are otherwise subject to change without notice. Orders are confirmed upon written agreement from an account manager. Payment terms are established at the time of order and Net 30 terms are extended only with approved credit, subject to a credit application and review by Wholesale Peptide Supply. Initial orders and unapproved accounts require payment in full prior to shipment.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wholesale Peptide Supply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
